I.T. Staff
Responsibilities:
- • Installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems
- • Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers , repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users
- • Answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems
- • Writing reports, tracking inventory, evaluating new technologies, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure
Responsibilities:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related degree
- • Knowledge of computer networking systems and computer hardware
- • Troubleshoot network systems and computer hardware and make repairs when necessary
- • With high level of commitment and strong work ethics
- • Other duties as assigned.
