Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- • Serves callers by screening calls, answering inquiries, and referring callers to the appropriate employee.
- • Receives and sorts mail, faxes, and deliveries to facilitate communication and company operations.
- • Maintains records of all communication by keeping a sign in log.
- • Welcomes visitors and directs them to the appropriate department or employee by maintaining an updated company directory.
- • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- • Assists in security procedures by monitoring staff and visitor in and out of company.
- • Scan and email invoices for customers that do not require mail outs.
- • Maintain good housekeeping.
- • Other duties as assigned.
